Uttrakhand : Corona infection has been confirmed in 14 people including two children in Pachhwadun on Tuesday. Now the number of active patients in Pachhwadoon has increased to fifty. All the covid patients found on Tuesday have been given necessary medicines and kept in home isolation.
Shamsher Singh Chauhan, the nodal officer of the sub-district hospital, said that the infection has been confirmed in an eight-year-old girl in Kunja. Along with this, infection has been confirmed in one person each from Antonbagh, Mehuwala, Enfield, Kalsi. While two people have been found infected from Kalyanpur and Dakpathar. During checking at the inter-state border, infection has been confirmed in a person resident of Patna.
At the same time, Medical Officer in-charge of CHC Sahaspur, Dr. Pradeep Uniyal said that the infection has been confirmed in four people, including two relatives of police personnel living in Sahaspur police station colony. A girl child and a woman are among the infected relatives of the police personnel. While a Selakui and a Dehradun person have also been found infected during the covid investigation.
Dr. Uniyal told that it is necessary to take precautions to reduce the speed of corona. It is necessary to use a mask when leaving the house, wash hands with soap from time to time, as well as consult a doctor if there is a complaint of cough, cold, fever. Along with this, one should also avoid going out of the house unnecessarily. He informed that awareness campaign is also being conducted in rural areas by the health workers.
