New Delhi : Air pollution has started increasing once again in the capital Delhi. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal held a press conference on Tuesday regarding increasing pollution. During this, the CM said that Delhi’s pollution is in the safe limit for the last one month. Every day I am tweeting, but for the last three to four days the pollution has increased because farmers of nearby states are forced to burn stubble.
Kejriwal said that even the photo of NASA is showing that the stubble has started burning. The government of neighboring states is not helping the farmers, due to which they are forced to burn stubble. Now to control pollution, the government is starting the ‘Red Light On, Gaadi Off’ campaign from October 18.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that people are with us. There has been a drop of 25 percent to reduce pollution.
CM Kejriwal said that pollution is increasing due to stubble burning. We have to reduce the pollution of Delhi so that our health is good.
Under this, a red light on, vehicle off campaign will be run from October 18. This will save oil and reduce pollution. Kejriwal said that last year also we had started this campaign. But you start following it immediately.
Don’t use the car for a day
The CM appealed not to use his personal vehicle at least once a week. Travel in public vehicle metro or bus. Or you can also share the car.
