High Court sought details of appointments made under UKSCC examination
Nainital: The High Court on Monday heard the plea of Khatima’s Congress MLA Bhuvan Kapri regarding irregularities in the UKSCC recruitment examination. In the case, a single bench of Senior Justice Sanjay Kumar Mishra has asked the government to prepare a complete chart of how and how who were appointed in the examination and file their answers in the court before September 21.
The court has also asked the petitioner to present the amendment application within a week. The next hearing has been fixed for September 21. Earlier, the court had asked the petitioner to explain why you want the CBI to investigate the matter. Why are you doubting the investigation of the STF.
Deputy Leader of the Opposition and MLA Bhuvan Kapri has filed a petition saying that the STF is not properly investigating the irregularities in the UKSSC examination. The arrests that have been made so far have been of small people, while none of the big ones has been arrested so far. In this, all the big officers and leaders of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand are involved, the government is protecting them, so the investigation of this case should be removed from the STF to the CBI.
This examination was held in 2021. On 22 July 2022, a case was registered against unknown persons at Raipur Police Station, Dehradun by the Secretary Rajan Naithani. It has been said in the FIR that the questions were resolved to the candidates through WhatsApp messages. The STF had initially started investigation through the phone locations and CDRs of 17 suspected people.
