Jaipur : These days the highest temperature in the entire country remains in some areas of the country’s Marudhara. Today on May 14, after Barmer, the temperature in Sri Ganganagar has also gone up to 48.1 degrees.
This temperature is the highest in the whole country. In the language of meteorologists, a temperature above 47 degrees is called a severe heat wave and a temperature above 45 degrees is called a heat wave.
Talking about Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, according to Radhe Shyam, director of IMD’s Jaipur Meteorological Center, the maximum temperature in Jaipur City is expected to be 45-46 degrees today.
Along with this, the temperature in Alwar and Jaipur rural areas can also touch the 47 level. According to the Meteorological Department, today the temperature in Jaipur can go above the level of 45.2 on Friday 13 May.
Today, the highest temperature in the entire country remains in Barmer, Bikaner and Sri Ganganagar of Rajasthan. Apart from this, the Meteorological Department has issued red alert in 15 more districts of the state.
Orange alert in 15 districts today
Meteorological Center Jaipur has already issued a red alert of severe heat wave in Bikaner and Sriganganagar on Saturday and Orange alert is going on in 15 districts. It is a matter of relief that the Meteorological Department has said in its estimate that from May 16, the people of the state will get relief from this heat wave and the temperature will come below 45 degrees.
There is a possibility of dust storm from the evening of 15 May
The Meteorological Department said that a new Western Disturbance will affect the Himalayan region from Sunday. Due to its effect, dust storm will run at a speed of 30 to 40 km per hour in the districts of Jodhpur and Bikaner division. Also, the temperature will drop by 2 to 3 degrees. In this way, there is a possibility of relief from heat wave from May 16.
There is red and orange alert in these districts on May 14
There is a red alert of very severe heat in Bikaner and Sri Ganganagar and there is an orange alert of severe heat in Alwar, Bundi, Bharatpur, Dholpur, Karauli, Tonk, Jhunjhunu, Sawai Madhopur, Barmer, Churu, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Nagaur, Jalore, Hanumangarh.
Naupa in North India from May 25
It is estimated that the way the temperature is increasing, the temperature records will be broken even before Nautapa. The highest temperature in the month of May at the center was 47.8 on 20th May.
Rohini Nakshatra in Jyeshtha month will start from May 25. Due to which the heat will remain high for nine days. According to experts, during Nautapa, the sun’s rays fall on the earth and the atmosphere gets heated, which creates a situation of thunderstorms and storms.
In such a situation, the outbreak of heat will increase in many areas. According to the Meteorological Department, after May 21-22, the temperature may increase by two to three degrees once.
Monsoon will arrive in Kerala five days earlier
The Meteorological Department has predicted the arrival of monsoon this year about five days before the scheduled time. The department’s bulletin issued on Friday said that the onset of southwest monsoon over Kerala is expected on May 27, which is about five days ahead of its normal date of June 1. On this basis, it is expected to arrive earlier in Rajasthan and this will be the first time since 2009 that the monsoon will reach the southern states by the beginning of May 27.
The Meteorological Department’s bulletin said that conditions are becoming favorable for South Andaman Sea and Nicobar Islands and Southeast Bay of Bengal around May 15 of Southwest Monsoon. The normal date of arrival of monsoon over Andaman is 21st May.
