New Delhi : The weather pattern has changed in many states of the country. But still some states are eagerly waiting for the monsoon. Monsoon is still dry especially in North India. However, in the meantime, the Indian Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding rain in many areas of North India including the national capital.
That is, the monsoon can register its arrival in Delhi-NCR on Wednesday. Along with this, the people of Delhi are expected to get relief from the scorching heat and humidity that has been falling for the last two days.
People of adjoining states including Delhi-NCR are troubled by the sultry heat these days. People are waiting for rain and monsoon to get relief from this sultry summer. But now their wait may be put to an end because, IMD has expressed the possibility of rain with cloudy sky in Delhi on 29 June i.e. Wednesday.
According to the Meteorological Department, the monsoon is not far away from Delhi now. In the next 24 hours, the people of Delhi will be very kind. Its direct effect will also be seen in the surrounding areas i.e. NCR. Even in big cities like Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurugram, people will get relief from the humidity and heat after the rains.
According to the IMD, the minimum temperature in Delhi on June 29 will be 30 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is likely to go up to 42 degrees Celsius. That is, the people of the capital will have to bear the torture of the heat.
According to Skymet Weather, a private organization that gives information about the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of strong winds in the capital and adjoining areas amid the onset of monsoon.
Whereas on June 30, an orange alert has been issued regarding rain and strong winds. At the same time, according to the experts of the Meteorological Department, the monsoon in Delhi is only a short distance away. In such a situation, there is a possibility of rain for the next 10 days.
