Fuel prices update : Petrol and diesel prices are skyrocketing. The common man is facing a lot of problems due to rising inflation. Government oil companies have released new rates of petrol and diesel for Friday.
Even today, there has been no change in the prices of petrol and diesel by the oil companies. Oil prices have remained stable for the past one month. Petrol is being sold at Rs 105.41 and diesel at Rs 96.67 per liter in the national capital today.
The price of petrol in Mumbai is Rs 120.51 and the price of diesel is Rs 104.77 per liter. Oil companies last increased the prices of petrol and diesel on 6 April. Earlier, from March 22 to April 6, the price of petrol and diesel had increased by about Rs 10 per liter.
Petrol crosses 100 in these states
The price of both petrol and diesel in the country has crossed Rs 100. Many cities had put petrol century. After the increase in the last few days, diesel has also crossed 100. The price of petrol is running above Rs 100 in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Odisha, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. The most expensive petrol is being sold in Mumbai.
