In reply, Ireland’s team started chasing the target very well. Paul Stirling and Andrew put on 72 runs for the first wicket. Paul Stirling scored 40 and Andrew made 60. After this Ireland suffered some major setbacks. Bishnoi, Harshal Patel and Umran Malik broke Ireland’s back by taking 1-1 wickets. Harry Tactor and George Dockrell batted after that. Taktor remained unbeaten on 39 and Dockrell 34. Both tried hard to reach the target but failed.
There was a lot of excitement in the last over as well. Ireland needed 17 runs in the last over to win. Umran Malik bowled the first two balls well but then hit two fours after hitting a no ball.
